Villa Georgia The lounge and dinning rooms are both decorated in antique cream stucco, giving amazing effects as the sun reflects off it in the morning. The dinning room seats eight and is decorated with 'The man' oil on canvas by Vladimir Efeminov. A patio door leads directly to the terrace breakfast area, and the dinning table is eluminated with a brilliant shell globe, complimented by dinasaur egg lights, mood cove lighting and corner latice floor lamp. The lounge, dinning room, kitchen and master bedroom are all linked to the own opus music system, which also has speakers on the breakfast terrace.

Villa Mariella The entrance hall is decorated in fawn coloured italian antique stucco with a commissioned cast of silver bannan leaves highlighting the entrance to the lounge and dinning rooms. The lounge table, which comfortably seats 10, is set against a steel skyline of Dubai showing the iconic building in chronological order. This villas pool is situated directly of the dinning room, with breakfast table on decking directly over the beach and BBQ table and facilities in the garden off the lounge.


Villa Grace The Buddha theme flowing through this villa greets you with a large image in the main entrance hall, complimented by a real plam tree, before leading you down the magnificiently decorated hallway, through lounge doors bordered with raised images, into the lounge with views across one of the widest stretches of the Palm Fronds. The pool is between the villa and the beach and the breakfast area on the raised decking area at the top of the terrace.
