Dubai Holiday Villa Rentals on The Palm Island Dubai

ALL BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY DUBAI HOLIDAY VILLA

GROUP PARTIES

We do NOT accept bookings for large single-sex groups; without prior agreement. We reserve the right to cancel any such bookings and refund your monies, less bank costs.

 

EVENTS
We do NOT accept bookings for Wedding Receptions, Villa parties or other such events. We will cancel such bookings and refund any monies paid, less costs.

 

DEPOSIT:
30% of the full amount is required for each villa booked; this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

 

BALANCE:
The balance is due 90 days before your arrival date.

 

PAYMENT:
This can be made by Bank Transfer
When we are able to accept payment by credit card, this will be subject to a
2% surcharge.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply:

Cancelling more than 90 days before your arrival - If we are able to take a replacement booking, we will return your deposit less administration costs (credit card processing charges & bank charges)

Cancelling less than 90 days before arrival - If we are able to take a replacement booking, we will return your all monies paid less administration costs (credit card processing charges & bank charges)

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE

ACCOMMODATION:
In the unlikely event, beyond our control this accommodation is not available we will try to offer you alternative accommodation.
If this is not possible or you want to cancel your booking because you are not satisfied with the alternative offered you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date with no liability accepted or compensation paid.

 

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
As in hotels, our check in time is 3pm and check out 10am. We are fully aware that many flights to Dubai arrive very early in the morning and leave late at night. We will make every effort to give you access to your accommodation as soon as and for as long as possible.
It may be necessary for us to charge an additional night's accommodation should you arrive very early in the morning to facilitate early access to your villa.

 

Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the villa.

LIABILITY:
During your stay we the owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. The villas have the use of a pool and we, as owners do not accept liability for injury or death howsoever caused as a result of use of the pool or surrounding areas.
Please bare in mind the villas are on a public development, which consists of both residential and vacation homes. Therefore we as the owners cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing villas or any noise or nuisance as a result thereof on or around the development.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We as the owners cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, terrorist activities, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control)

INSURANCE:
It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance.
