How wide is the water between the villa and the other side of the frond?
Each of our villa are located on different Fronds and at different positions along the length of the Frond. So the distance varies greatly.
Villa Grace is located towards the end of Frond A and were the water is more than 300m wide.
Villa Georgia is located about one third down the length of Frond E were the distance is about 150m.
Villa Mariella is located at the beginning of Frond P were the width is about 30m.

How long is the beach
The beach on each Frond is approximately 1.5Km from the beginning to the tip. It is possible to walk to the end and then down the other side of the frond before crossing the road back to the villa.

Can anyone use the beach?
The beach is only for use by residents and their guests

Is there on-going construction?
On The Palm, there are several construction projects in progress on the crescent that surrounds the island; however non of the villas are close to any construction.
